## Who You Are

- Strong bias for action, own work end-to-end, dive into details
- Super analytical, structured problem-solving
- Black belt in Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable with whiteboards/slides
- Exceptional communication, business judgment, data-driven storytelling to C-suite/Board
- Cross-functional collaborator (engineering, FP&A, deal negotiation)
- Comfortable modeling/structuring complex deals or driving post-closing integration (spike in one preferred)
- 5+ years in Banking, Consulting, Product Management, or VC/PE; high-growth tech experience a plus

## What You’ll Do

- Drive M&A strategy, execution, and deal implementation
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify, structure, quantify complex business problems for executive/Board decisions
- Develop relationships with product, finance, sales, operations leaders to identify M&A opportunities
- Work with partnership team to refine long-term plans and investment opportunities
- Build deal-related models (valuation, synergies, growth, funding)
- Create/implement PMI playbooks to maximize post-acquisition value
- Refine/monitor competitive landscape
- Help build world-class Corporate Development team
