## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives in identifying prospects’ fraud and compliance needs.
- Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations showcasing the impact of Sardine’s platform.
- Interface with security teams to articulate the company’s security posture and complete security reviews.
- Complete RFPs for competitive opportunities.
- Create comprehensive solution designs addressing prospect needs.
- Collaborate with peers to improve Sales Engineering team processes.
- Work with Product and Engineering to identify product improvements and help prioritize and design solutions.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Prior experience in the Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domain.
- Experience with APIs and a strong understanding of JSON.
- Proficiency in one or more of Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze technical problems and turn them into proposed solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment while working with global clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

## Nice to Have
- Knowledge of web development principles.
- Ability to build internal tools using Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java.
