## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and scale growth channels for Ad Studio, including paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
- Create lead magnets to anchor the funnel.
- Build reporting on funnel conversion, cost per lead (CPL), and pipeline.
- Use performance data to guide budget distribution and future testing plans.
- Set the roadmap, experiment frequently, and take ownership of Ad Studio’s pipeline.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience running paid acquisition and demand generation at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven record of driving pipeline and revenue.
- Experience building programs from 0 to 1.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and curiosity to learn and build.
- Strong writing skills, including blog posts and advertising copy.
- Deep comfort with funnel metrics, attribution, and experiment design.
- Ability to communicate insights through data.

## Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to marketers or working in adtech, martech, or creative tooling.
- Prior founder, founding marketer, or early-stage startup experience.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), data warehouses, or the modern data stack ecosystem.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: **$140,000–$180,000 USD per year**.
- Location-independent compensation under a remote-first policy.
