## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Configure systems, create organizations and users, train end users, and drive initial adoption.
- Facilitate onboarding, configuration, training, and best-practice education for OpenBeds and Crisis organizations.
- Serve as the primary onboarding contact and dedicated concierge for providers and entities on the Behavioral Health network.
- Conduct follow-up communication and outreach during the first 90 days.
- Recommend implementation processes that improve scalability and user adoption.
- Execute engagement strategies to increase network growth, adoption, utilization, and customer retention.
- Escalate provider barriers, end-user concerns, and adoption risks to account leadership.
- Support state governance committees with adoption insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Build trusted relationships with state behavioral health, Medicaid, and other government stakeholders.
- Align onboarding and adoption efforts with state priorities, program goals, and funding requirements.
- Drive statewide adoption strategy in partnership with Account Management.
- Deliver state-level status reporting, adoption trends, risks, and escalations.
- Explore AI and automation opportunities such as document summarization, task routing, and data parsing.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, business, or technology.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field such as healthcare operations, project management, or account management.
- Experience building trusted relationships with state agencies, government partners, or other external stakeholders.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with healthcare delivery systems, especially behavioral health.
- Experience with software implementation, project management, end-user training, or change management.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively.
- Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and creativity.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
