## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage a portfolio of ISVs across EMEA.
- Work with Partner Solution Engineering to ensure partners are technically proficient and certified on Stripe.
- Optimize partner performance through partner plans and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities to expand revenue and deploy joint sales approaches with top partners and regional sales teams.
- Execute partner programs, events, sales engagement, playbooks, and collateral with program, marketing, and sales teams.
- Report regularly to stakeholders using a strong analytical approach and clear communication.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships and/or sales for high-tech or financial services organizations.
- Direct experience managing ISV partnerships.
- Professional and technical knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Experience negotiating high-value deals with C-level audiences.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, ownership, influence, and problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Willingness to travel.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the financial services or payments industry.
