## Job Description

## What You’ll Do

- Prospect and generate qualified pipeline through cold calls, email sequences, and social outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying fit and urgency before passing to Account Executives
- Build relationships with high-producing agents and brokerage leaders across the country
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets
- Learn the real estate technology landscape and become a trusted resource for prospects early in the sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with AEs, marketing, and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and improve conversion

## What We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, internships, or leadership positions (campus orgs, athletics, etc.)
- Strong interest in starting a career in tech sales and a willingness to learn quickly
- BA/BS preferred
- A genuine interest in or excitement about working in real estate is a big plus, but not required
