## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap for the assigned area, aligning it with company goals, KPIs, and enterprise customer needs.
- Lead customer discovery, interviews, problem validation, webinars, and demos.
- Translate complex customer pain points into clear product bets.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within large enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality features quickly.
- Write clear product specifications, make tradeoffs, and maintain a high bar for shipped work.
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative product management culture.

## Requirements
- 2–5 years of product management experience.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products or technical products sold to enterprise customers.
- Understanding of enterprise sales motions, expansion, and the relationship between product decisions and revenue.
- Ability to use metrics and impact to guide decisions rather than focusing only on features shipped.
- Experience working closely with go-to-market teams and connecting product decisions to business outcomes.
- Self-starter who makes independent decisions and drives them through.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership.
- Strong customer orientation and curiosity about complex AI problems.
- Excellent communication skills for internal sessions, customer interviews, demos, stakeholder presentations, and external engagements.
