## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategies by analyzing market trends, customer segmentation, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize high-growth opportunities and drive strategic execution across go-to-market functions.
- Lead cross-functional, high-impact strategic initiatives that support business scaling.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Build analytical models and dashboards for go-to-market and product performance.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating data into recommendations for improving commercial results.
- Leverage AI to improve scale and efficiency.
- Identify process inefficiencies and design solutions to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and promote continuous improvement.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or Strategy & Operations, combined with in-house experience at a SaaS company.
- Recent experience at a hypergrowth, rapidly scaling SaaS company.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Advanced communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Executive presence and comfort communicating with C-suite leaders.
- Exceptional spreadsheet and data-management skills.
- Expert proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel, including building data models.
- SQL proficiency preferred.
- Proficiency with AI tools and comfort using AI in daily work.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional project-management skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments under tight and unpredictable timelines.
