## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### International Recruiting Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across APAC, Japan, and MENA, managing multiple time zones accurately and urgently.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates across international markets.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage.
- Track candidate progress in the ATS, maintaining accurate and timely updates.
- Support recruiters with interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer coordination for international hires.

### International HR and People Operations
- Support onboarding for new hires across MENA and APAC in partnership with local partners and international People Operations teams.
- Assist with offboarding processes and employee lifecycle updates across regions.
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems for international populations.
- Support compliance tracking with local advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Help operationalize global people policies while respecting local market requirements.

### Operational Excellence and Scale
- Partner with the International People team to standardize and improve global recruiting and HR workflows.
- Support reporting on international hiring activity, time to hire, and operational metrics.
- Identify process gaps across regions and contribute to scalable, repeatable solutions.
- Assist with cross-regional people initiatives as the company expands globally.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination and operations.
- Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfort working with ATS and HRIS platforms; Ashby experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional, discreet, and confident handling confidential information.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment.
