## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Advise prospects and customers on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access control strategies.
- Architect and deliver solutions spanning IGA, IAM, CIEM, and PAM.
- Lead workshops, whiteboard sessions, and technical demonstrations.
- Design and implement integrations across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
- Explain identity protocols and standards to technical and business stakeholders.
- Build, test, and troubleshoot custom integrations and workflows using APIs, SDKs, and automation frameworks.
- Track trends in identity governance, cloud infrastructure entitlement management, just-in-time access, zero trust, and machine identities.
- Travel for customer meetings, partner events, and industry conferences.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or identity architecture, or equivalent hands-on IAM/IGA experience.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks, MFA, step-up authentication, conditional access, least privilege, and zero trust.
- Practical knowledge of Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, Google Workspace, and on-premises Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with AWS IAM/IAM Identity Center, GCP IAM, and Azure AD role-based access models.
- Experience with Go, APIs, SDKs, JSON/YAML, scripting, and infrastructure automation.
- Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and business-value presentations.

## Nice-to-haves
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
- Experience building custom connectors or automations for SaaS applications and cloud infrastructure.
