## Job Description

## What You’ll Do

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS/license agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), reseller & channel partner agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor/supplier/procurement agreements (IT, services, cloud infrastructure, professional services, etc.), and (nice to have) Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and privacy/security addenda.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Partner/Channel, Procurement, IT, Security, and Finance on contract terms, risks, and negotiation strategy.
- Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice that accelerates deal cycles while protecting company interests.
- Improve templates, playbooks, and contracting processes to drive scalability and efficiency.
- Support contract lifecycle management practices, approvals, and ongoing obligations tracking.
- Collaborate with Security and Privacy teams on data protection and regulatory compliance as needed.

## What We’re Looking For

- J.D. (or equivalent) and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 2-6+ years of commercial legal experience, with significant in-house or tech/SaaS focus.
- Strong track record negotiating SaaS license agreements, SLAs, reseller/partner agreements, NDAs, and vendor/procurement contracts.
- Excellent drafting skills, business judgment, and ability to translate complex legal issues into practical guidance.
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely, managing multiple priorities, and partnering cross-functionally.

## Nice to Have

- Experience negotiating DPAs, privacy/security addenda, or working with regulated industries.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
- Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other data-sensitive technology environments.
