## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Orchestrate a fleet of AI agents coordinating patient recruitment across hundreds of clinical trials across North America.
- Train proprietary ML models matching detailed patient profiles to trials using real-world outcomes.
- Scale LLMs across Voice, SMS, and email while maintaining consistent, personalized conversations.
- Reverse engineer legacy healthcare systems without public APIs to integrate with trial sites' tool stack.

## Requirements
- Exceptional engineering skills to build AI agents for patient screening, routing, data collection, 24/7 support, and continuous learning.
- Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and multi-channel communication systems.
- Ability to work on high-stakes problems in clinical trials and pharma.
