## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Review daily applications and existing-account portfolio cases assigned to the fraud queue.
- Thoroughly evaluate case information and determine first-party versus third-party fraud according to procedures.
- Monitor live transaction activity to identify high-risk activity associated with first-party and third-party fraud scenarios.
- Improve established fraud KPIs by reducing fraud losses, minimizing disruption, and improving the experience for genuine applicants.
- Balance productivity, urgency, and decision quality while managing multiple cases.

## Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- 2+ years of experience in fraud investigations related to transaction monitoring, application review, disputes, and/or BSA/AML monitoring.
- Ability to identify patterns and resolve cases independently under service-level agreements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to track, understand, and act on metrics and KPIs.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Commitment to personal growth and development.
