## Job Description

## What You Will Do
- Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover fit, needs, and potential value.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer experience.
- Capture and share insights from conversations to inform sales plays, product roadmap, and agent development.
- Experiment with new channels, messaging, and automation to increase conversion and efficiency.
- Use LangChain powered agents to test, learn, and improve prospecting strategies.

## How to Be Successful
- 1–2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology (or strong curiosity and drive if early career).
- Clear, confident communicator for technical and business audiences.
- Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation; treat outreach like a craft.
- Comfortable with structure and ambiguity; execute and improve processes.
- Excited about modern sales tech, AI tools, and next-generation GTM teams.
- Positive, persistent, highly organized with energy in interactions.

- Annual salary range: $110,000 - $128,000 (base + variable).
