## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the company financial model and forecast.
- Report actuals versus plan and flag emerging variances.
- Explain changes in revenue, spending, and forward-looking business performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, and finance to connect operating activity to financial outcomes.
- Provide leadership with analysis for headcount, spending, pricing, and planning decisions.

## Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant finance or FP&A experience.
- Hands-on experience owning financial planning and analysis in a SaaS business.
- Demonstrated ownership of a material financial model, forecast, P&L line, or similar area, with measurable business impact.
- Experience supporting a company through a period of scale.
- Strong business acumen and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex financial models and discuss forecast accuracy credibly.

## Nice-to-haves
- Fundraising experience.
