## Job Description

## Responsibilities

**Data Analysis and Reporting:**
- Collect and analyze data from the travel management system to generate reports on travel expenditures, travel patterns, and policy compliance.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly reports for management to evaluate the effectiveness of travel programs.
- Update SLAs to track and monitor the success of the travel program.
- Audit booking platform to ensure consistency in line with travel policies.

**Communication & Support:**
- Liaise with travel partners and other third-party suppliers to provide updates to travel security and resolve data or traveller profile related problems or discrepancies.
- Provide general administrative support to the Travel Operations team as required.
- Assist with case management resolution in a timely manner and follow up any outstanding tickets.

**Training and Documentation:**
- Develop and maintain training materials related to travel operations back office processes and policies.
- Document all travel-related processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

**Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:**
- Continuously assess and suggest improvements to travel processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall traveler experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies in travel management.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in travel operations, corporate travel management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of travel management systems/processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of corporate travel policies and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from travel data.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with travel systems.
- Familiarity with travel data analytics and reporting tools.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of global travel regulations and industry standards.
