## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Set the strategic vision for global campaign structure, operations, and execution across five campaign motions.
- Own campaign effectiveness and report results to company leadership.
- Design and execute strategic, end-to-end campaigns for buyer and vertical segments, using data to guide decisions and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with product marketing, content, brand, creative, and regional campaign teams to develop themes, messaging, and impactful campaigns.
- Direct cross-functional campaign work and ensure timely delivery.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across multiple organizations to drive campaign enablement and engagement.
- Develop scalable, repeatable campaign playbooks and regionally adaptable content.
- Track performance, analyze results, surface insights, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Integrate AI frameworks, standards, templates, and AI-assisted workflows into campaign operations and content production.
- Manage and allocate budgets for content, video, localization, and agency resources.
- Lead a globally distributed campaign team across the US, Europe, and Asia.

## Requirements
- Management experience leading and inspiring strategists.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnel tactics, stage-based metrics, and product-led growth models.
- Understanding of enterprise buying cycles, sales processes, and B2B technology stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, communication, alignment, and project management skills.
- 8+ years of experience as a campaign strategist in B2B or technology.
- Experience building and delivering integrated programs and managing campaign tools, processes, and assets.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executives.
- Commitment to building a culture of trust through feedback, communication, and transparency.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience building effective relationships across all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with localization tactics for accessible and inclusive content across countries.
- Experience with primary research and varied content creation formats.
- Ability to identify opportunities for new content types and programs.
