## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build the annual industry demand-generation plan with North America sales leaders and coordinate execution across account executives, business development representatives, partners, digital marketing, and global programs.
- Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns to achieve pipeline goals.
- Evaluate and select industry events and roundtables, owning event strategy through execution.
- Create and deliver webinars and in-person events for prospects and customers.
- Develop account-based marketing and pipeline-acceleration programs.
- Scale demand creation through partners and partner campaign toolkits.
- Collaborate with digital, partner, global campaigns, corporate marketing, and go-to-market teams on campaigns and flagship event series.
- Create industry-specific campaigns for Consumer and Life Sciences use cases.
- Enable sales, BDR, and partner teams on campaigns, messaging, and marketing programs.
- Lead demand-generation reporting and establish a regular reporting cadence with marketing and sales counterparts.
- Manage marketing budget, assess campaign effectiveness and ROI, and optimize pipeline creation and acceleration.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing.
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven success collaborating with sales, partner, and customer success teams to execute pipeline-generating campaigns.
- Knowledge of modern marketing practices, including persona-centric demand generation, marketing automation, pipeline acceleration, and demand-generation funnels.
- Experience using influencer networks, industry association partnerships, account-based marketing, events, digital, email, and partner marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation and Salesforce.com.
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, execution, and deadline-management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence communicating with senior sales leaders.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
