## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for niche technical requisitions across manufacturing, engineering, and operations, from market mapping and adjacent-industry research through sustained passive outreach.
- Run intake sessions to define must-have skills and realistic candidate profiles.
- Screen candidates for technical depth and assess fit for hiring managers.
- Advise hiring managers on market size, timelines, compensation expectations, and search adjustments.
- Structure interview processes and role-appropriate technical assessments.
- Conduct candidate interviews, provide updates, and lead compensation negotiations.
- Independently manage a complex requisition load with minimal oversight.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, notes, and statuses in the ATS.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience with niche engineering, manufacturing, or hardware roles.
- Demonstrated success filling searches with small, primarily passive qualified talent pools.
- Strong research and market-mapping skills, including passive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to learn technical domains quickly and discuss engineering work credibly with candidates.
- Experience recruiting for onsite and facility-based roles, including markets outside major metropolitan areas.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders, including director-level and above hiring managers.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Salary and equity negotiation skills.
- History of meeting or exceeding hiring goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy.
- Experience maintaining detailed ATS documentation.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

## Compensation
- $70.00–$80.00 per hour.
