## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with implementation and customer success teams to design customer follow-up programs around staffing, referral patterns, and EHR workflows.
- Advise on worklist setup, letter templates, outreach cadences, and resolution reasons.
- Support navigator training and user acceptance testing before go-live.
- Serve as a clinical resource for customer navigation teams during their first months live.
- Represent the navigator perspective in product requirements, design reviews, and prioritization.
- Review follow-up recommendations and categorization with the clinical team.
- Determine which follow-up steps require clinical judgment versus automation or administrative handling.
- Develop training materials, playbooks, and benchmarks for successful follow-up programs.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in radiology follow-up, patient navigation, care coordination, or a comparable role.
- Experience designing a follow-up program and leading its staff.
- Hands-on experience managing follow-up worklists and tracking patients through completed follow-up, including unreachable patients, incorrect referring providers, and unplaced orders.
- Familiarity with EHRs such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech, and with the movement of orders, results, and patient communications through health systems.
- Ability to provide direct, specific product feedback and advocate for user experience.
- Self-direction and comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Availability during US business hours for customer-facing sessions.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Active or previously held clinical license, such as RN or RT(R).
- Experience in a radiology department or imaging center.
- Familiarity with Fleischner, TI-RADS, LI-RADS, or Lung-RADS guidelines.
- Experience managing or training other navigators.
- Familiarity with Lung Cancer Screening program requirements and ACR NRDR registry reporting.
- Experience working for a health IT vendor or leading a vendor implementation from the customer side.
