## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive global GTM strategy for high-growth Digital Native companies building Data and AI platforms on Databricks.
- Design and execute repeatable global GTM motions to scale sales to Digital Natives.
- Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to identify use cases, create technical strategies, and build sales programs.
- Engage priority accounts, influence stakeholders, and act as technical advisor to CTOs and Engineering leaders.
- Leverage open-source expertise (**Spark**, **Delta**, **MLflow**) to align value proposition.
- Collaborate with partnership, ISV, and Data Marketplace teams for ecosystem adoption.
- Establish thought leadership through blogs, community contributions, and speaking engagements.
- Influence Product and Engineering roadmap based on Digital Native customer needs.

## Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with **Databricks**, **Spark** optimization, **LLM** fine-tuning, and data lakehouse architecture.
- Proven track record building AI systems (**MLOps**, **GenAI** apps, large-scale predictive models).
- 10+ years experience, including leadership in Digital Native environments (SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, AdTech, Marketplace).
- Strong open-source ecosystem knowledge and integration with enterprise platforms.
- Experience developing scalable global GTM motions.
- Executive presence for engineers and C-suite; entrepreneurial mindset in fast-paced environments.
