## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) audits from planning through reporting and remediation validation.
- Own audit scoping, stakeholder management, fieldwork execution, data analysis, and validation of management remediation activities.
- Map processes and assess control design to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with business leaders to understand processes, internal controls, and risks.
- Prepare clear, well-supported audit reports and executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Mentor team members on audit fieldwork, workpaper quality, and compliance standards.
- Improve audit execution and internal infrastructure.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in audit, financial crimes compliance, compliance testing, or risk management.
- Working knowledge of U.S., EU, and APAC AML, sanctions, and terrorist financing regulations and risk management practices.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques for testing larger datasets.
- Ability to independently lead audit engagements and oversee team members.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

## Compensation
- Annual base salary range: £76,500–£85,000 GBP.
- Additional compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
