## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive strategy, prioritization, and product delivery across the platform to ensure market-leading offerings.
- Work in cross-functional teams with product designers, engineers, and business partners to ship impactful products.
- Solve complex problems holistically, thinking big picture on strategy while diving into detailed issues.
- Validate hypotheses using resourceful methods like fake doors when appropriate.

## Requirements
- 7+ years experience in product management in high-paced, agile software development environments with proven track record of shipping impactful products.
- Several years building products at startups in cross-functional teams.
- Empathic user focus, deeply understanding user problems and drivers.
- Systems thinker who solves problems holistically (e.g., data flow diagrams).
- Ability to switch between high-level strategy and tactical execution.
- Resourceful and scrappy, knowing when to invest vs. validate quickly.

## Compensation
- $204,000 - 240,000 in San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA; New York, NY.
- $193,800 - 228,000 in Seattle, WA.
- Includes equity for full-time roles and exceptional benefits.
