## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with multiple regulatory authorities.
- Complete SAR creation and filing accurately within applicable regulatory and internal SLAs and reporting deadlines.
- Prioritize and manage assigned caseloads to support timely completion and adherence to SLAs.
- Balance individual production work with ad hoc projects and competing priorities.
- Use external portals to file SARs.
- Follow defined standard operating procedures.
- Attend team meetings and stay current on team and SOP developments.
- Participate in Compliance projects as requested by the Team Lead.
- Use team tools and systems, including Slack, Admin, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Develop knowledge of criminal methods and anti-money laundering typologies.
- Stay current on crypto crime, compliance, and BSA/AML developments.

## Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in crypto and/or compliance.
- Experience working within defined operational processes and following written procedures.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume workloads while meeting SLAs and regulatory filing deadlines.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to take ownership of task allocations and consistently deliver results in a high-volume production environment.

## Nice to Have
- CAMS certification.
- Blockchain investigations accreditation.
- Ability to work occasional weekends or shifts.
- Foreign-language proficiency.
