## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define product metrics, events, and success criteria with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Design and run A/B tests, including hypothesis development, power analysis, honest evaluation, and ship-or-kill recommendations.
- Build funnel, retention, and cohort analyses for mobile and web data using SQL and Python on Snowflake.
- Build and operate AI-agent workflows for routine data pulls, first-pass analysis, and write-ups; validate the output.
- Maintain core product dashboards in Omni.
- Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.

## Requirements
- Experience owning A/B tests end to end and influencing product decisions with analysis.
- Advanced SQL skills against a cloud data warehouse.
- Python proficiency for analytical work.
- Experience using AI agents to automate routine analysis while checking their results.
- Ability to select appropriate analytical methods for different data and situations.
- Ability to work with imperfect data, pressure-test analyses, and make recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills with product managers and designers.
