## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Drive Thought Leadership
- Identify national, regional, and industry opportunities to position Snowflake as an authority in AI and data.
- Partner with executives and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content showcasing innovation and customer impact.
- Translate complex technology and market trends into stories for business and technical audiences.

### Lead Media and Analyst Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with business, technology, trade, and industry media, plus influential analysts across ASEAN.
- Develop and pitch proactive story angles highlighting innovation, customer success, and market leadership.
- Manage local PR agencies to ensure high-quality execution and measurable results.

### Champion Customer and Partner Storytelling
- Identify and develop customer and partner success stories demonstrating the business value of the AI Data Cloud.
- Drive storytelling through press releases, earned media, executive interviews, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and other communications channels.
- Partner with regional sales, marketing, and customer teams to uncover impactful narratives.

### Lead Industry Communications Programs
- Serve as communications lead for industry-focused campaigns across ASEAN.
- Develop integrated PR programs reinforcing leadership across key verticals, AI innovation, the partner ecosystem, and customer success.
- Support product launches, regional campaigns, executive visibility, and day-to-day media engagement.

### Create High-Impact Content
- Create messaging and communications materials, including press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, executive briefing documents, Q&As, and social content.
- Tailor messaging for regional audiences while maintaining consistency with the global narrative.

### Collaborate Across Teams
- Work with marketing, product marketing, sales, customer success, executive communications, and corporate communications teams.
- Contribute strategic counsel and communications support across the broader APJ business.

## Requirements
- 8–10 years of public relations experience in B2B technology, either in-house or at a PR agency.
- Experience supporting industries such as financial services, retail and CPG, media and entertainment, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, or the public sector.
- Strong relationships with business, technology, and industry media, as well as analysts across ASEAN.
- Experience developing strategic narratives, identifying newsworthy stories, preparing spokespeople, and delivering measurable communications outcomes.
- Ability to simplify complex technology concepts into compelling stories for business audiences.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing external PR agencies and building high-performing partnerships.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
