## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate robust, scalable AI algorithms and agentic workflows for clinical settings.
- Prepare, process, and analyze complex medical data for algorithm development and validation.
- Ensure algorithm reliability, performance, and accuracy in production through troubleshooting, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Clinical Specialists to translate clinical and business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Research, develop, and integrate text-based algorithms for medical text.
- Apply NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract insights from medical texts and develop intelligent agents for clinical decision support.
- Stay current with advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and deep learning.
- Organize and participate in seminars, book clubs, and conferences.

## Technical Stack
- **Programming:** Python

## Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in algorithm development using Python.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles and clean, efficient coding practices.
- Extensive experience with NLP, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Experience deploying, delivering, and maintaining AI algorithms in real-world production environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams involving product managers, clinicians, and engineers.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AWS.
- Experience in the medical domain.
- M.Sc. or higher in Computer Science or a related scientific discipline.
