## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting across all roles, from sourcing through close
- Build and refine the interview process to identify exceptional talent quickly and accurately
- Create a best-in-class candidate experience
- Manage and optimize sourcing channels: network referrals, external agencies, and outbound campaigns
- Organize recruiting events and spread the Forge brand to attract top talent
- Maintain and report on recruiting funnel metrics with rigor
- Continuously improve all aspects of the recruiting system and grow the talent team over time

- Maniacal operations focus — think in systems, high tempo, optimize everything
- Deep personal care for candidate experience
- Analytical mindset — love tracking, spreadsheets, workflows, and automations
- Ambition to build the best talent organization and love finding top 0.01% of people
- Experience recruiting for technical and customer-facing roles at high-growth startups
- Ability to be both strategic and hands-on

## Nice to Have
- Experience building recruiting functions from scratch at early-stage companies
- Background recruiting for forward-deployed, solutions, or professional services roles
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and systems (ATS, sourcing platforms, automation)
