## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer deals, including drafting, editing, and reviewing agreements, while supporting the sales cycle to ensure terms align with business goals and close as forecasted.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders for deal-related questions, approvals, and escalations.
- Advise sales teams, sales leaders, services and support teams, and customers on deal structures and commercial terms.
- Balance custom terms with internal system constraints and customer and partner requirements.
- Remove internal blockers and drive alignment across Product, Legal, Finance, and Accounting.
- Support complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial and legal agreements.
- Support pricing and structuring for multi-threaded product use cases across segments and industries.
- Build credibility and trust with internal stakeholders.
- Communicate and persuade effectively with cross-functional partners and senior leaders.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics.
- 6+ years of experience in deal strategy, procurement, pricing strategy, financial consulting, or legal.
- Experience in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Experience working in Payments and/or SaaS.
