## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy for Spotify’s audiobook experience across mobile apps.
- Define and evolve the audiobook journey from discovery and evaluation through playback, library management, and reading.
- Partner with the Audiobooks business unit to translate business strategy and listener needs into product innovation.
- Drive innovation across multimodal listening and reading experiences.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Personalization, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences at scale.
- Use data, experimentation, and user insights to guide product decisions and continuous improvement.
- Build alignment across Core Experience, Audiobooks, Personalization, and other partner teams.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, including direction, scope, alignment, and delivery.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Meaningful experience with audiobooks, ebooks, digital reading, or related consumer products.
- Deep understanding of the audiobook or digital reading landscape, including user behavior, publisher ecosystems, and competitive dynamics.
- Experience building complex consumer products for iOS and Android.
- Understanding of scalable systems and experiences that help teams move faster.
- Ability to balance user needs, technical considerations, and business impact.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, and other disciplines from strategy through delivery.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make thoughtful trade-offs, influence stakeholders, and build cross-functional alignment.
- Active use of AI tools for research, analysis, iteration, and prototyping.
