## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Process full and partial ACAT transfers from other brokerage firms.
- Review and process domestic and international wires, checks, internal transfers, and ACH disbursements.
- Process IRA distributions, including early withdrawals, required minimum distributions (RMDs), qualified distributions, and rollovers.
- Scan checks and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Review and resolve ACAT rejections, documentation issues, account discrepancies, rejected ACH transactions, bank verification failures, micro-deposit confirmations, wire recalls, and instruction discrepancies.
- Act as an escalation point for Banking Support Specialists and provide specialized support to Trade Desk, Concierge, and customers through chat, email, and phone.
- Collaborate with clearing-firm operations teams on processing, settlement, confirmations, and transaction failures.
- Identify and escalate suspicious funding activity, documentation irregularities, and potential fraud indicators; maintain audit and regulatory documentation.
- Mentor and train Banking Support Specialists and support onboarding.
- Recommend process improvements, identify bottlenecks, and participate in testing banking tools and workflow enhancements.

## Requirements
- FINRA Series 7, or SIE with Series 7 Top-Off, and Series 63 certification.
- Current or prior Banking Support Specialist experience or equivalent banking-operations experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking operations, brokerage operations, or a similar licensed role.
- Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
- Strong knowledge of ACAT transfers, wire processing, checks, ACH disbursements, IRA distributions, rollovers, and 60-day rollover requirements.
- Basic understanding of trade settlements, options positions, and security types.
- Familiarity with AML regulations and fraud patterns related to funding and transfers.
- Strong judgment, critical thinking, reconciliation, organization, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Experience mentoring or training team members.
- Ability to process high transaction volumes accurately and manage time-sensitive cutoffs.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: **$60,000–$80,000 per year**.
