## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions to improve multilingual large language model performance across a wide variety of skills.
- Publish research findings and contribute to academic discourse in top-tier venues.
- Mentor junior team members and shape global best practices in multilingual AI and natural language processing.
- Work independently as a self-starter and deliver results efficiently.

## Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in large-scale data processing and machine learning pipeline development.
- Expert-level Python and software engineering best practices.
- Deep understanding of multilingual data challenges and natural language processing fundamentals.
- Passion for advancing language technology and creating global impact.
- Strong publication record or demonstrated research potential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and research communities.

## Compensation and Benefits
- United States base compensation range: **$110,000–$370,000 USD**.
- Canada base compensation range: **$165,000–$460,000 CAD**.
- Weekly lunch stipend of **$75/£75** or equivalent in local currency.
