## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build full-stack product experiences with React interfaces in Dashboards, APIs, and backend services.
- Develop MCP tools and integrations that extend agent capabilities.
- Build agent loops and orchestration logic that determine actions, sequencing, and when to involve a human.
- Design and maintain system prompts as engineering artifacts.
- Create evaluations and run experiments to improve reliability in real-world usage.
- Use GROQ to give the agent a deep understanding of structured content.
- Shape the future of Content Agent in partnership with product and design.

## Requirements
- Be based in London, UK or Oslo, Norway, with in-office work 2–3 days per week.
- Strong TypeScript and React skills, with comfort working across frontend, APIs, and backend systems.
- Experience shipping LLM-based systems in production.
- Ability to reason about user intent, edge cases, failure modes, agent capabilities, tools, escalation, and architecture.
- Strong writing skills and care for precise language, especially when writing agent instructions.
- Comfort with probabilistic systems, experiments, evaluations, statistical interpretation, and aggregate trends.
- Experience with, or strong curiosity about, MCP, tool-use patterns, and agent architectures.
- Care for quality in code, writing, and shipped products.
