## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive technical discovery, architecture design, and proof-of-concept implementation throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to develop technical value propositions.
- Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and proposals for C-level and technical stakeholders.
- Build customer trust, identify technical champions, and act as a strategic advisor.
- Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams and influence the product roadmap.
- Lead cross-regional technical initiatives and improve solutions engineering tools, processes, and frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical best practices.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the platform, integrations, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Respond to RFPs and manage technical environments supporting enterprise sales.
- Translate client requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements; travel as needed.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or customer-facing systems architecture.
- Experience with software development lifecycle, cloud architecture, or DevOps.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms and expertise with at least one of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and document proofs of concept and build technical and deal champions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including industry thought leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel 50%.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks, including PII, PCI, or HIPAA.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Zone 1: $214,800–$295,350.
- Zone 2: $193,400–$265,870.
- Zone 3: $182,600–$251,020.
- Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location.
- Benefits include restricted stock units, health, vision, dental insurance, and mental health benefits.
