## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound leads and engage early-stage prospects, qualifying interest and routing opportunities appropriately.
- Conduct account and prospect research to support outbound efforts.
- Build organization maps for key personas across Customer Support, Product, AI, and Digital Transformation.
- Prepare call briefs and account summaries for Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.

## Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Technology, or a related field, or early in a career with less than 2 years of professional experience.
- Comfortable engaging prospects by email and phone.
- Fluent in English; French or German preferred for Dublin-based candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and Google Workspace.
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently with light guidance.
- Curious about technology, AI, sales, and customer experience.
- Strong follow-through and motivation to build a long-term career in sales.
- Prior sales experience is not required.
