## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Drive Adoption in Existing Accounts
- Develop and lead technical expansion strategies for Snowflake’s customer portfolio in South Korea.
- Understand customer business goals and connect them to workloads, use cases, and lines of business enabled by the Snowflake AI Data Cloud.

### Solution Design, Demos, and POCs
- Design and deliver demos and technical stories optimized for customer architectures and use cases.
- Lead POCs and pilot projects, including defining success criteria and creating joint execution plans to validate platform value and minimize decision risk.
- Explain complex technical capabilities in terms of clear business value and ROI for both technical stakeholders and nontechnical executives.

### Cross-Functional and Partner Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Partner organizations to support customer success.
- Work with system integrators, ISVs, and cloud partners to integrate solutions suited to customer architectures.
- Communicate field customer feedback to Product and Engineering, particularly to help incorporate manufacturing and high-tech customer needs into the product roadmap.

### Thought Leadership and Evangelism
- Represent Snowflake at customer workshops, executive briefings, industry events, and community meetings.
- Create and share technical content, including presentations, reference architectures, playbooks, and demos, to support market expansion among manufacturing and high-tech companies.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing solution engineering.
- Strong understanding of the modern data stack, ETL/ELT, data warehouses and data lakes, data science, generative AI, and data applications.
- Ability to communicate and present effectively to both technical teams and executives, from impromptu whiteboard sessions to structured presentations and demos.
- Practical expertise with SQL and Spark.
- Business-level English speaking, reading, and writing.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building or operating large-scale cloud data and AI platforms.
- Programming and scripting experience with Python, Java, or Spark.
- Sales or technical-support experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and value-based selling skills.
- Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Practical experience with lakehouse architectures.
- Experience with data science, AI, machine learning, or generative AI projects.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Experience with services such as S3, Glue, SageMaker, or Azure Data Factory.
- Experience with OLAP data modeling and enterprise data architecture.
- Manufacturing or high-tech industry experience, including experience at manufacturers or related solution vendors.
- Enterprise SaaS solution sales experience.
