## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support customers throughout their sales journey through live demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Sell directly to IT managers, developers, product managers, and senior executives across various industries.
- Focus on Okta Workforce Identity solutions and model how they support customers' architecture requirements and use cases.
- Execute well-defined, outcome-focused proofs of concept (POCs).
- Maintain broad and deep technical understanding of the Okta product line and underlying technologies and protocols.
- Participate in local and regional events as a presenter and attendee.

## Requirements
- Ability to work in the EST time zone.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM or a related SaaS field as a presales engineer.
- Experience with REST APIs and SDKs.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions using whiteboarding, practical examples, and product demonstrations.
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, customer support, or presales.
- Strong empathy, listening, and time-management skills.

## Nice to Have
- Expertise or hands-on experience with IAM, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, passwordless authentication, universal directory, privileged access, and device access.
