## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own GTM dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Run the GTM technology stack, automations, and AI tooling.
- Maintain a minimal, clean CRM with effective stages, hygiene, and processes.
- Build business intelligence and forecasting for credible targets and early trend detection.
- Surface market and media signals for business development, upselling, and deal closing.
- Track rep attribution, productivity, quotas, and territories.
- Own the knowledge base and data management.
- Bridge GTM and Finance and lead projects end to end.

## Requirements
- DeFi-native experience using on-chain products and understanding protocol users.
- Experience in revenue operations, growth engineering, or business analysis at a B2B startup.
- Technology or software background, with comfort building automations and reasoning about connected systems.
- Strong data cleaning, modeling, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Business mindset with critical thinking and a preference for simplification.
- Strong ownership, autonomy, and clear asynchronous communication.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- Team-first, low-ego approach.
