## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own proof-of-concepts (POCs) from start to finish, delivering high-quality, accurate work on time to support enterprise sales cycles.
- Systematize Solutions Engineering work by templatizing, automating, and scaling best practices.
- Answer technical questions, build templates, and develop creative, high-impact solutions.
- Partner closely with GTM Engineers as the technical counterpart to sales, providing the solutions, data, and infrastructure needed to close enterprise deals.
- Help enterprise customers use data providers, CRM integrations, APIs, and Claygent to solve complex challenges.
- Gather and report customer feedback to engineering, including bugs, feature requests, and broader product opportunities.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a technical customer experience role.
- Experience systematizing Solutions Engineering work through templating, automation, and scalable best practices.
- Strong familiarity with Clay, including Waterfalls, APIs, CRM integrations, and Claygent.
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams to win enterprise deals.
- Deep understanding of Revenue Operations and enterprise sales workflows.
- Customer-facing experience presenting solutions clearly and translating technical details into business impact.
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to move quickly while prioritizing multiple tickets.
