## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own organic growth for Letaido end to end, including strategy, execution, content, SEO, technical foundations, and editorial standards.
- Increase Letaido’s visibility in AI assistant citations as well as traditional search rankings.
- Build and operate the content engine by commissioning, editing, and writing content.
- Create and publish examples demonstrating the product’s capabilities.
- Run experiments across newsletters, partnerships, community, and paid acquisition.
- Instrument growth activities and evaluate performance honestly.
- Hire and lead the growth team after establishing which roles are needed.
- Use Letaido extensively to identify product issues and collaborate with the product team on fixes.

## Requirements
- Experience as an early growth or organic hire at a startup that subsequently scaled.
- Demonstrated success growing organic acquisition from a standing start, with measurable results.
- Excellent, fast writing skills and strong editorial judgment.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, indexation, and internal linking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Serious understanding of how AI assistants surface and cite products.
- Willingness to own growth outcomes and metrics.
- Willingness to work on-site with the team.

## Nice to Have
- Experience building an audience through a newsletter, following, or community.
- Experience marketing developer tools, marketing tools, or products sold to practitioners.
- Experience working with AI agents or LLM tooling.
- Experience hiring and managing writers or editors.
- Paid acquisition experience.
