## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy across Rasa’s conversational AI platform.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing product management team.
- Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing on go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, and launches.
- Monitor AI market and competitive trends to inform product strategy.
- Translate product, domain, and business requirements into actionable requirements and platform solutions.
- Own the roadmap and product definition for the assigned area and contribute to broader product strategy.
- Use research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market needs to guide decisions.
- Iterate on prototypes using internal and external feedback.
- Foster an ecosystem of developers, partners, customers, and community members.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years leading or mentoring others.
- Experience with B2B, developer tools, or technical products.
- Proven ability to connect product decisions to business strategy and align cross-functional partners.
- Experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept and launch to sunset.
- Enterprise product management experience, ideally with enterprise-licensed software, on-premises deployments, or private/virtual cloud deployments.
- Experience identifying, defining, packaging, pricing, and shipping software in cloud services, infrastructure products, and/or open-source products with machine learning at their core.
- Experience engaging and enabling large developer communities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-growth startup with limited resources, imperfect information, and rapidly changing markets.
