## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from deployment through activation, ensuring customers succeed with Devin.
- Work with customers to understand technical challenges and identify the best use cases for Devin.
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams to support product integration and adoption.
- Activate top users and drive product utilization.
- Implement customer-requested features where appropriate and advocate for customer needs.
- Provide product insight to help shape the roadmap.
- Lead technical aspects of pre-sales engagements, including product demos and pilots.
- Design and deliver customer training programs and enablement resources for large-scale rollouts.

## Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field.
- Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in GTM or forward-deployed engineering roles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to discuss complex technical topics with customers at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and grow quickly in scope and responsibility.
- Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn.
- Technical background through computer science education or extensive experience leading technical sales engagements.
