## Job Description

## Impact

- Manage a team of global alliance professionals
- Expand and develop a partnership focused on delivering predictable and recurring growth within a mutually defined plan
- Engage the C-Suite at Accenture to build out the Global Strategy and Business Plan
- Accelerate Databricks' and the partner's adoption within new opportunities and use case expansion
- Develop a training strategy resulting in practice growth and knowledge expansion
- Secure investment and establish programs around repeatable IP and solution investments, resulting in essential go-to-market plans
- Launch go-to-market events and mindshare activities that promote joint customer adoption and new logos
- Create and foster executive-level relationships at all levels within the partnership
- Create a mutually structured plan and track key metrics that address the needs of partners and key team members across sales, customer success, training, marketing, and product

## Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in securing and supporting partnerships at a global scale
- Track record of success managing a Global Team
- In-depth understanding of alliance/partner organization, key stakeholders, overall strategy, company culture, market offering and joint value proposition
- Experience launching/driving results with an Accenture Business Group
- Deep domain experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud and analytics space
- Global SI partner management experience spanning AMER, EMEA & APAC
- Experience working and building unique channel relationships and complex contract negotiations
- Experience driving results in a hyper-growth, multi-billion-dollar enterprise organization
