## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Lead customer technical pilots, including proofs of concept and proofs of value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to influence the roadmap and represent customer needs.
- Execute Business Value Assessments to establish business value across stakeholders.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Apply a consultative approach to solving meaningful business problems through strong preparation and execution.
- Build customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor by answering technical inquiries and proposing solutions.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven success selling enterprise technology, focused on SaaS and/or innovative hardware-based solutions.
- Experience partnering with Sales on complex technical deals with enterprise customers.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Technical knowledge, a consultative approach, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Customer-first attitude, teamwork, and competitive drive.
- Understanding of Layer 2 switching, including VLANs, Layer 2 versus Layer 3 limitations, and physical versus logical network isolation.
- Basic Linux networking skills, including assigning IP addresses, subnet masks, and gateways to network interfaces and configuring MLAG/failover redundancy.
- Familiarity with a cloud environment.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with security cameras and physical access control systems.
