## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Provide proactive technical guidance and support to users throughout their Stripe onboarding journey.
- Deliver pre-built technical workshops and kickoff calls.
- Provide light-touch project management for ongoing Stripe implementations and escalate delays affecting planned go-live dates.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Anticipate and address potential technical challenges, and propose process improvements.
- Guide users on best practices, product features, and account setup.
- Keep current with Stripe products, features, and updates.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout onboarding.
- Contribute to improvements in onboarding processes and documentation.

## Requirements

- Advanced English proficiency, fluent in written and spoken English.
- 2+ years of implementation consulting experience with API technologies or other complex technical environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of APIs and experience with SaaS solutions.
- Ability to explain technical concepts, Stripe product features, and API architecture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence varied stakeholders.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with financial systems, online payments, or e-commerce platforms.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering live technical training to users.
- Comfort with code-level debugging and writing code.
