## What You'll Do

- Build intelligent agents that automate work and significantly increase productivity
- Design copilot-style workflows that help human operators do more, faster
- Treat agent quality like a first-class ML optimization problem using real usage data to make the core agent loop more reliable, adaptable, and resilient
- Build category defining product capabilities, from idea to production

## Who You Are

- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on applied AI products
- Proven track record of shipping agentic systems used by real users
- Comfortable across the stack (**TypeScript**, **Node.js**, **React**) and debugging production systems
- Strong product sense, with a focus on building intuitive, reliable systems
- Ownership mindset: you drive projects end-to-end and iterate quickly from real usage
- Enjoy following SOTA research into new models and **agent architectures**
- Comfortable building products that live at the intersection of **AI** and **ML**
