## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own top of funnel outbound campaigns across email, calls, and social.
- Identify high-value clinics (med spas, aesthetics, wellness, weight loss).
- Write messaging that gets responses.
- Qualify leads based on real revenue pain.
- Book meetings and create pipeline.
- Keep CRM clean and accurate.

## Requirements
- 1-2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar.
- Proven ability to hit or exceed meeting targets.
- Strong outbound skills across channels.
- Clear, direct communication.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling into healthcare or med spas.

## Compensation
- Base + aggressive commission.
