## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Align the Japan marketing plan with country strategy and local growth opportunities.
- Develop the Japan marketing plan and set team priorities.
- Execute digital and in-person campaigns and projects.
- Lead a small team, including performance management against company priorities and culture.
- Partner with finance, sales, and partnerships to maintain cohesive priorities.
- Communicate marketing’s contribution to the business, particularly sales pipeline health.
- Represent marketing work to executive leadership.
- Define, track, and manage marketing KPIs, budgets, and ROI.
- Keep Japan marketing innovative and adopt current marketing technologies, including AI, to scale impact.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience.
- 2+ years of marketing leadership and people-management experience.
- Experience managing significant budgets and driving results in complex B2B environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of marketing measurement and lead generation.
- Experience leveraging AI to drive outsized impact.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
