## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support market development of net-new and acquisition revenue for U.S. and Canadian ice hockey clubs.
- Own the sales cycle and collaborate with club directors and coaches to understand their programs' and teams' needs.
- Close sales through phone calls and online demos.
- Travel frequently throughout the assigned territory to meet prospects.
- Plan and manage territory activities, including prospect outreach.

## Requirements
- At least two years of business-to-business sales experience.
- Consistent record of achieving or exceeding goals.
- Strong motivation and continuous-improvement mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales territory.
- Comfort working in a remote environment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of sports, particularly as an athlete, coach, or administrator in club or high school sports.
- Software-as-a-service sales experience.
- Prior Salesforce experience.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$35,000–$40,000 USD**.
