## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding Support
- Assist with pre-joining documentation and validation.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities and Day 1 activities.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of employee records in HR systems, including Rippling.
- Support induction and orientation sessions.

### HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee data and records.
- Support HR documentation, letters, and reports.
- Assist with attendance inputs and payroll-related coordination.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in HR systems.

### Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
- Support execution of engagement programs and India CoE initiatives, including wellbeing initiatives and events.

### Compliance & Documentation
- Support maintenance of employee files and statutory records.
- Assist with audit documentation and HR compliance activities.

## Learning Objectives
- Gain hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Understand HR systems and process workflows, including Rippling touchpoints.
- Build knowledge of HR compliance and documentation practices in India.
- Develop professional communication and coordination skills.

## Compensation & Benefits
